The truth is -- I am just an ordinary girl
My everyday life:
In the life of Mara Beck everyday is pretty complicated. My parents are divorced so I have to go from house to house. My mom lives in Lodi,while my dad lives in Mcfarland which calls for a lot of driving and stress. Although the whole situation calls for a lot of stress, I would never trade it for anything. Having my parents divorced has allowed me to have two completely different places to lay my head down at night. My mom lives in a pretty country house with apple trees and flowers blooming everywhere, while my dad lives in a huge house in the middle of town. Having them divorced has also let me have a couple more loving family members. I have a step brother named Clayton, who I consider one of my best friends. I also have a little brother and little sister, which are my everything. I would do anything for them, even if it meant throwing everything away. It has also let me have a step mom and dad. My step mom and I have had some opposite opinions on life, but in the end it has pretty much been okay. My step dad means a lot to me because he has pushed me to do a lot of new things in life. Although my step parents mean a lot to me, so do my real parents. My dad is my hero, and is who I go to when I have any problems or need advice. My mom is more of my friend, and a person I can hangout with whenever I need a break. If you could not tell, my family means everything to me...
Who am I really?
If I could describe myself I would use the words:
laid back, honest, caring, loving, silly, responsible, respectful, funny, colorful, truthful, passionate, opiniated, daring, nervous
Goals:
My number one goal in life is joining the Airforce. I am planning on enlisting this summer, and would love if it ends up taking me around the world. People say I am crazy for deciding to enlist, but these people really don't know who I am. Anyone who really knows me knows that this is what I am dreaming about, and that the Airforce is meant for me. I am really not exactly postive what I would like to do in the Airforce, but I am looking at jobs from working on planes to communicating with other countries. Besides the Airforce I would love if I could go to college, and find a job I love. Everyone is always complaining about how much they hate their jobs, so I would really love to find one that I love and have fun at.
